The Yoga4 Nurseries Programme (ASET Accredited) supports individuals caring for young children to become familiar and confident with a range of yoga and massage based techniques that enhance the health and well being of:
Infants (6 months - 2 years)
Focuses on techniques to develop a joint practice between the carer and infant; and incorporates holding, touch, flowing postures, movement and relaxation.
Children (2 - 5 Years)
Develops the skills of individuals working with young children to provide innovative and interactive class plans; combining a series of warm up exercises, followed by a fun theme incorporating yoga postures, games, exercises, relaxation, visualization techniques and breathing exercises.
