Yoga4 UK Ltd based in Sheffield, Yorkshire provides a comprehensive yoga training programme and Yoga classes for all ages. We are an ASET Licensed Centre delivering quality, effective and affordable accredited training and self help programmes to individuals and organisations working with children and adults. Yoga4 UK Ltd is a Social Enterprise, and will achieve its mission of “creating sustainable health and well being” through the delivery of 4 unique Yoga training programmes supporting the introduction and integration of yoga health benefits to Nurseries, Schools, Adults and Seniors.

In addition, Yoga4 UK Ltd actively seeks to:

• Work in partnership with agencies, organisations and individuals operating in the arena of health and well being.
• Create opportunities to widen participation and maximise inclusion.
• Raise awareness and understanding of the health benefits of Yoga classes at all levels.
